Please note bookings are subject to availability and your credit card details will be required to secure your reservation, should you wish to pay upon check out.
The conference has secured block bookings at the above hotels. Rooms will be allocated on a first-in basis until Friday 31 July 2026 as long as there are rooms available. After that date, all unallocated rooms will be released and no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.
All prices are per room, per night and include goods and services tax (GST) at 15%. Breakfast is not included in the above rates. Full terms and conditions are available when booking accommodation as part of the registration process.
Booked accommodation must be guaranteed with either a credit card number or full payment. Should you guarantee your accommodation via credit card, please be advised our payment service provider Centium Software, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means, your card holder data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.
On check-out, any additional costs incurred can be settled with cash, Eftpos or a credit card. If you cancel your accommodation after Friday 31 July 2026 you will be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
